How to pack jsp file into *.WAR

How to pack jsp file into *.WAR  web applicatoion (jboss deployable):

# jar -cvf browser.war Browser.jsp

This command creates META-INF folder and MANIFEST.MF file inside, with default content like 

Manifest-Version: 1.0
Created-By: 1.6.0_38 (Sun Microsystems Inc.)
