Some application sends letters via CentOS console mail program (/sbin/mail). From PC1 machine letters are coming from following user: Superuser <root@PC.com>
Target: change username in mail program to something like akceptor <root@PC.com>.
First of all from console you just can type:
#mail akceptor destiantionmail@destinationhost.com
But application can't use parameters, so we need just change default username.
open /etc/passwd:
#nano /etc/passwd
root:x:0:0:Superuser:/:
daemon:*:1:5::/:/sbin/sh
bin:*:2:2::/usr/bin:/sbin/sh
sys:*:3:3::/:
adm:*:4:4::/var/adm:/sbin/sh
Change the first line to
root:x:0:0:akceptor:/:
